ABOUT

I have 24 years of experience providing support to perinatal clients during pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period. I am a Registered Perinatal Support Worker, a faculty member for the PNSW program, a facilitator for Home Hospice Association’s Infant and Pregnancy Loss Doula program, a facilitator for postpartum mood disorder groups and infant and pregnancy loss groups, a perinatal educator, and social work student. I live and work on Treaty 9 territory, the ancestral and contemporary lands of the Anishinaabe (Apitipi Anicinapek Nation). I am Franco-Ontarian and a mom to 7 children of my own.

I am dedicated to improving perinatal outcomes, empowering clients, and fostering confidence and self-determination. In addition to working with clients, I am committed to supporting other professionals working with perinatal clients through workshops and professional circles so that we can continue in this vital work for the long haul without compromising our own well-being. My work is informed by a commitment to personal growth, self-reflection, decolonization, trauma-informed care, and anti-oppressive practice.
